GREAT dealer contact for service, McKenna Audi in Norwalk
I left my car there for a serious oil cooler leak, required replacement. I was given a brand new (700 miles) A3, loaded, while this was handled. In house complete coffee shop, some items given as a courtesy,laptop stations, etc. I Had a family emergency come up preventing me from picking up the car on time. Danny, the S.A. was terrific in granting the addtional loan car time. I had been a Penske Audi customer until this, even though they directed people to their Enterprise Rental office. Before that, I was using Walter's in Riverside, left them because besides being somewhat rude,they couldn't even find the predrilled holes for my LATCH system.I had to point them out. From now on, McKenna is the place for first class service.
