same as with the stock bumper. That damn gap between the headlights and the bumper. I'm pretty sure it uses all the OEM mounting positions and actually has more room up front in case you plant to do an FMIC in the future.

Yes it fits but its not cheap. If you mount the sideskirts, you'll need the rear quarter panels and front fenders. The front bumper can be mounted to a stock S4 with some work being done to it. A body shop basically needs to heat the bumper and bring in the sides of it to fit the narrow body s4. It needs to be done right or else it looks like cheese. Also, you will need rs4 front bumper mounts. You can use the stock s4 mounts but you have to space them out using washers. Its best to do it once and do it right, especially of your are getting oem rs4 parts. The full wide body rs4 conversion cost around 14k with parts and labor.

Ok, can you guys clarify what you are trying to do - RS4 widebody or RS4 look? Lots of people get an RS4 replica bumper but very few do widebody conversions. Some vendors like to say their bumpers are OEM or OEM style, whatever, this is not a bumper from an actual RS4 - rather, it looks like Rs4 but is made to fit s4 dimensions.
A new bumper will not resolve the issues you already have with bumper alignment or bad mounting brackets which cause the gaps on the side or under the headlights.
LLtek sells the reps and you can search for RS4 bumper to find plenty of other places selling them. These run the gamut of cheap and HQ, carbon fiber etc. whatever you want.
Plus side of LLtek is that they offer color matching.

New oem Rs4 bumper costs around 1400, plus paint and labor.
The issue with the headlight gap can be resolved by adjusting the lock carrier height, bumper brackets and headlights. Its a pain in the *** to get it right, but it can be done. I had the same issue and decided to address it the last time i pulled my motor. It took about an hour of tweaking to get it right.
