2000 Wheel Bearing (Before VIN 080001)

So I think my front left wheel bearing is shot. It makes a humming sound when I go over 40 and turn to the right it gets louder. Would you agree that this is my front left? And, the only DIY I can find is with the wheel bearing that doesn't come with the housing and my car has the aluminum upright and the bearing is in the housing already. Would I follow the same procedure and just replace the whole unit? This is my first time really working on the car besides a few small things, so any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.
