New RS6 owner, hopefully picking it up within a week
It has been a long time coming, but excitement outweighed logic and I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a Daytona Gray on black RS6. Audi Nav and sound enhancing exhaust. 1 owner with meticulous service records. Its in Texas so I have to get out there to pick it up. I am very excited to start modding and enjoying this monster. The DRC recall has already been performed, so I am very happy about that. Anything I should look out for or check for on the car?

Congrats....fun rides they be.
Change the tranny oil and engine oil as soon as you get it.
I have the MTM ecu and tcu upgrade, consider it; the car transforms from fast to much faster.

Just got mine also. 70,000 pristine condition-- I do not regret this impulse buy at all, even though the 75k belt change is staring ate ;-). I also plan to upgrade to apr chip ( in exchange for a
bike... Hehe) . Wicked fast. Just humbled the new Camaro SS the other night. Good hunting.Btw, what's the drc recall?

Thanks for the welcome and the info guys. Between traveling for work and the ****ty weather, I havent had time to take any pictures, and still wont, as i leave again for 2 weeks. Once I get back though, i will definitely have the oil changed and the trans fluid changed. Is the timing belt recommended to do at 75k?
i dont know specifically what the DRC recall corrected, but it was some kind of failure with the DRC suspension that caused it not to ride properly.

Congrats. New here as well. Car is at the dealer for the first repair. Bought the Platinum coverage Fidelity warranty - per the dealer the upper and lower control arms need replaced. Waiting to hear back from Fidelity on coverage. They better cover this.

Yes, T-belt should be done at 75K

Nice. Just got mine. It is in the shop. Upper and lower control arms....and a tranny issue.
Have a Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. Car has been in the shop for 4 days now. I get her back next week. I love the car.
