N249/Limp/Boost Leak?

Well I've just had my cars Vacuum jet pump and the breather hoses and pcv valve replaced, after this for some reason my car is extremely slow and I'm getting Diverter valve flutter ( rattlesnake sound ). Here is a list of my codes.

16683 - Boost Pressure Regulation: Control Range Not Reached
P0299 - 35-00 - -
17608 - 17608/P1200/004608 - Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249): Mechanical Malfunction
P1200 - 35-00 -
16795 - 16795/P0411/001041 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected

I'd really like to get this fixed, Slow car is no fun :[

I think I'm holding a little bit of pressure but i dont have my boost gauge installed yet.

I'd rather not have to take it to a dealer since the closest one is around an hour and a half away, not to mention expensive. Thanks in advance.

Does VCDS lite tell me if it is in limp?
