Thanks AudiWorld for helping me select my suspension upgrades
Over the past six years, I have been slowly upgrading my 2002 coupe for track events: brakes, track tires and wheels, chip, harnesses, and this year a major suspension upgrade (Koni FSD, Neuspeed Sport springs, Neuspeed 19-mm rear anti-roll bar, full KMAC camber kit). For each of these upgrades, I have relied heavily on AudiWorld for advice from people with first-hand experience.
The first big test of the suspension came this weekend at Summit Point's Shenandoah Circuit. The car is incredibly well-balanced -- very little understeer, and willing to step out the stern when asked, but not too tail-happy. Combined with the r-comps and the lower stance, it was an absolute blast to drive.
I was worried about choosing the right alignment specs, but again the forum provided good guidance. I used -1.0 deg camber in front and -1.6 deg in the back. It worked beautifully with 36 psi cold in the Toyos. There was very little rollover, and a ton of grip.
The Shenandoah Circuit is an amazing track. So many turns, so little time! I love the Karussel. The only thing I didn't love was paying $7.75/gallon for 100 octane fuel at the track. I love that extra kick, but yeesh!
Anyway, I wanted to say thanks for the help.
