Default Eibachs & Bilstein Sports need 1/2 KMAC?

I have Eibachs (1.1" lower) and Bilstein sports on a 2000 Audi TT Quattro. I also have 19" wheels (just a tad taller than the stock combo, less than 1/2"). I have heard some say I don't need the 1/2 KMAC and others have told me I will. What is the real scoop? I am getting the alignment done Friday and need to know if I should install the 1/2 KMAC or not beforehand (I already have it, but would like to save $139 if I don't have to use it).

I also don't want to have to pay them to install it or take it off the rack, bring it back home, install it, and then go back again.

So is it needed or not? If some need it and some don't I will just install it, but if no one has needed it with Eibachs, then I see no need to use it.

Thanks

Unfortunately there is no definitive answer however with more than 1 inch drop it is very possible.

I have a set of coil-overs waiting in my garage (minimum drop 1.3 inches) with a spare used set of arms (k-macs already installed).

You'll have to install the Kmacs in the lower arms to get the camber back to -1.5 degrees or so. It will likely go to -1.8 or more with a one inch drop without adjustment available in the control arms. Sometimes it gets hard to get toe in spec also as it toes out as you lower the suspension and there is very limited amount of adjustment available with the slotted holes at the trailing arm mounts.

I already have the car done. I went ahead and installed the 1/2 KMAC just to avoid hassle. Now we will see how the tire wear goes this time. I only went with about -1.3 camber in the rear. The specs were calling for almost -2, but I just commute this car 100 miles a day and would rather give up a tiny fraction of handling for better tire life.
