Engine rattle driving me crazy, please help!

Engine rattle driving me crazy, please help!
Strange rattling like sound coming from the timing belt side of the engine. Anyone have a clue as to what it could be? The sound doesnt start until the car is at operating temperature and goes away when I get over roughly 2100 rpms. I have no idea what it could be so I'm open to pretty much any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

The cam chain tensioner? I could be wrong but I thought that it was a belt that ran the cam and if the tensioner is going bad that could seriously hinder my ability to drive if it goes out completely. I just changed the belt and tensioner no more than 40k miles ago. I'll check it out, thanks!

right: belt driven cam, but we have two cams
a chain concealed under the valve cover connects the other cam to the "belt driven" one
the chain employs a tensioner that's known to get noisy
