Are the front and rear sway bars on a sport
All interchangable as long as bushings changed at same time, and actually factory bars are less expensive than many aftermarket bars I see for other Euro cars or Audi models. Front is pretty easy to change, while rear can be done without removing a lot as long as you thread it through the tight space just right. BTDT.
Typically the most "bang for the buck" is to start with the rear, or even consciously make the rear stiffer; helps clean up some understeer. Stiffer bars will also stiffen the ride marginally, though from experience it's pretty subtle. Not at all like slapping on aftermarket lowered sport shocks and springs.
As I've posted before, for us W12 crowd, the factory installed version starts with the Sport level bars, even though it has the non sport air shocks.
