It rained over the weekend here. The car sat for about 2 days. I got in yesterday morning and when I moved I hear alot of water over my head. It didnt come through the sunroof. The overhead over the back seats got wet and water came down through the flip down mirrors and map light buttons. It wasnt alot of water though. I am curious where to check. Are there sunroof drains and how do I clear it?
Hmm! This exact same thing happened last week to me after a Heavey Rainfall. I got in the car after work and felt something wet hit my hand at the Driver's door, so I felt the Piller and Visor to find it was wet. This has never happened before and hasn't happend since then as I ran out in the next heavy rain to check. I thought maybe it was do to parking at slight incline or maybe just a Freak Rain combined with how it was parked. I pulled into my Hot Garage that evening and opened all windows, sunroof, and pulled the visor down to dry out. No Stains! Laters,
Pipe cleaner? Something like Drain O or liquid plumber? Should be heading to a Lowe's or Home Depot to find that?
LOL! Like the fuzzy sticks we old farts use to clean our tobacco smoking pipes.
Can be had at craft stores if you don't have a tobacconist nearby, or on amazon probably.
Get longest ones you can find and use a little soap and warm water.

It was the first time for me too. I am going to try cleaning it over the weekend. I would be pissed if it rained again and got worst the next time around. I left the windows cracked and everything dryed and no stains!!
My 4 year old said dad its raining back here. I started laughing. Couldnt do much about it at the time.

I will see what I can find this weekend. Still not sure what that is. I thought pipes just get rinsed with hot water or something. Lol.
