The audi rings snapped off my engine cover of my 4.2.

The audi rings snapped off my engine cover of my 4.2.
The rings on the little cover just in front of the pollen filter snapped off when I removed it. It was probably hanging by a thread. Looking at the back of the cover and the rings, you can see at least 4 little tabs which snapped.
I'm not opposed to gluing the rings back on or buying a new part depending on the cost. I'm considering getting one from Shokan or similar.
Questions:
-If gluing, what product and process would you recommend? It can't look like crap when done and must withstand the heat and a bit of flex from the cover.
-Does anyone have a .pdf of the A8D3 exploded view parts list? These are commonly available for the D2 and C5, but I haven't found one for the D3 on the forums yet. These are great for finding PNs.
