WTB: Dash center and vents for 93 90cs q

WTB: Dash center and vents for 93 90cs q
While taking this thing apart to get to the HVAC box to work on the flaps, I noticed that the center of the dash where the climatronic head mounts is completely busted up and a couple of the vents are broken.
So I'm looking for a good dash center and vents to replace mine ASAP!
Also looking for good motors and potentiometers or the whole climatronic box. The computer tells me that they're all blocked or broken:

01271 - Positioning Motor for Temperature Flap (V68)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent
01272 - Positioning Motor for Central Flap (V70)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent
00602 - Potentiometer On Positioning Motor for Footwell/Defroster Flap (G114)
30-00 - Open or Short to B+
00604 - Potentiometer Positioning Motor for Air Flow Flap (G113)
30-00 - Open or Short to B+
Getting cold here, need this stuff soon.

I have 2 95 Audi 90S that I am in the process of parting out. I'm not sure if it matters, but they both had manual climate controls.
Send me a list with the parts you need for the center and vents and what you are willing to pay for them and I will let you know what I have.
