Speed Warning settings missing after 1070 > 4610 MMI upgrade...

Default Speed Warning settings missing after 1070 > 4610 MMI upgrade...
Upgraded to 4610 and now I am unable to access (turn off) speed warnings via MMI. In 1070 it was under Car > Systems... not anymore. I did go through and enable hidden menu's via VCDS and the MMI (brought back Battery Level) but didn't see anything that resembled Speed Warning. Does this mean I need adjust the Speed Warning via the "CHECK 0,0" button while driving? I STFA but didn't find anything.

I also updated from 1070 to 46.1 After the dealer was done updating they configured it because a few menu options were missing. I believe this is what you are experiencing.

Thanks Brozee... when I was in the missing menu's screen on the MMI there were other options (not in english) not checked besides Battery Level... I guess I should enabled them too.... can anyone confirm this theory?

Theory sounds correct.

Speed translates to Geschwindigkeit if that helps

Did you go straight from 1070 to 4610? The latest TSB says you can but I've been waiting for confirmation from other A8 owners.

Its on ur hidden menu. Setup+car I believe .... Whatever u do DO NOT PRESS BOOTLOADER
Good luck.
Ps to access hidden menu u need to activate it via vag cable ....

He's already got the hidden menu enabled.

trial and error baby , trial and error. thats how i learned not to Press BOOTLOADER lolol.. ended up reloading the whole MMI
