Newbie with a 93 90 Quattro
hey guys
im new here but ive had my share of audis in the past... a friend of mine gave me his 93 90 quattro 5spd... and it needs a clutch and rear main seal... where do i find information on clutch replacement procedures?

im a newbie with a 95 audi quattro. to add to this post. i love my new car but i wish i knew more about it. im a mechanic and its such a great car but for some reason theres not alot of info online about it. ive learned most parts are interchangeable with the audi 80 12v v6. if anyone has tips about places to get oem parts or upgrades id love to know.

http://genuineaudiparts.com is an online dealer from San Diego. They sell the same parts your local dealer will for 30% less.
The B4 90 only ran 93-95 and it was not a huge selling car thus aftermarket goodies really do not exist.
The 80 in NA was dropped in 92 and it never had a V6 motor, the Euro version did but I want to say it was a 2.6 and slightly different.
Most body parts should be the same for the most part.
http://www.autohausaz.com is a good site for your most common parts and consumables like spark plugs, filters, etc.

ya i knew a forum site like this would be a great oppertunity for learning about it but i had no idea id learn this fast. its great to know these things. ive learned so much about my car ive already learned how to put the motor together i was amazed at how easy the timing belt was after i had everything apart. its such a great car and much faster then i imagined. i drove a 86 mercedes 300e before this and it blows it out of the water. i just cant help but feel like i want to learn and do more to it now but with limited aftermarket and it being such a perfect car im stumped. what more can u ask for. =]

Just FYI, Europe never had a B4 90, they were all called 80, from the smallest 4 cyl all the way up to 2.8 V6.
The other two B4 based models in Europe were the S2 and RS2.
