Audi's does, and they have been raising it too...
depending on the CPO year, the $ amount has been increasing. Number of items submitted doesn't matter apparently, it's a per (new) visit charge.
On both a prior Toyota and a prior Ford, they had a similar concept of a pay per (new) visit during the extended warranty period, if the customer purchased it.

It's Audi CPO. I said the same thing when I saw the wording about a deductible (in the fine print) when getting my CPO paperwork. And yes, it is a per visit deductible. I usually wait until several things are "broken" before I take it in, but this one I couldn't ignore. So, it cost me $85.
I got a 2011 Q7 TDI as a loaner. They had the car for 4 days (dropped it off Friday after 5 and then they had to overnight the pump Monday and had it ready at the end of day Tuesday).
