Need some Climatronic bypass help!

Need some Climatronic bypass help!
OK, so none of the flap motors work on my Climatronic, I'm out of money, and I desperately need to get the air flowing on to the windshield to defrost it.
Does anyone have any good pictures or diagrams of the three flaps and what each position does?
I've gone through the Bentley and it didn't show me anything about the Climatronic other than electrical tests.
For the mean time, I need the air to be on defrost, Audi default of no recirculate is fine but I need to get the hot air on the windshield.

Ended up taking the glove box and kneebar back out, pulled the climatronic head to get behind it for a screw, took out the footwell ducting by brute force and a little finesse, pried all the arms off the motors, and with a little trial and error, have heat blowing defrost.
Used a little duct tape to hold the flaps in current position. Driving home today without defrost sucked *****.
