Is there a way to temporary fix small nipple on radiator for return coolant line?Mine has broken off completely and i have tried using epoxy beforehand to seal leak on it.

I replaced the radiator on my '95 Cabby this summer, so the procedure should be really similar. If you have air conditioning that adds to the problem as there are 2 brackets that slide laterally into both ends of the radiator. The A/C condensor then mounts on these brackets. Naturally, that isn't mentioned in the Bentleys. After complaining, helpful forum members advised me that it would have been much easier to remove the bumper to expose all the parts. I agree as I had to disassembled all the front end lights, metal bracketing, and radiator cross members to expose the necessary bolts and rotate the brackets. You may still have to remove the cross member (and the hood release cable), but it will go so much easier with the bumper out of the way. I hope that helps.

Taking the front out is so darn easy it's pathetic! At least was the case with my 88 90 quattro. I followed this guide https://www.audiworld.com/tech/eng.html. As for the aux radiator it's held by 2 nuts under it. need an extension. The hoses were a bitch to get off on mine. Take your time and don't mess up your aux radiator and you should be fine. 10mm and 1/2 inch mostly.
