Will standard 80 coil springs fit my cabrio!?

Wondered if they would be the same fitment?
Anybody know?

The front will probably fit, but from what I have seen, the Cabriolet rear is a completely different setup.

Will springs from early cabrio's fit the later models!?

As long as you are talking about the Audi 80 Cabriolet then they should be the same from early to late model years.

I am fairly certain the A4 Cabriolet is an entirely different animal.

Bentleys mentions that there is a standard version spring and a sport version spring. What the difference is, I don't know. Could be coil height or diameter of the spring steel. I'd check with Audi for a part number, and then ask what other models use that number. Then you will know from what model/year car you can salvage them from. Bump stops are different on the two styles, also. Maybe one of our suspension gurus can offer a comment on the two types.
