Is this a misfire at idle?
Is this a misfire when pulling away from a stop?
Is this a misfre while at freeway speeds?
The answers to these three questions will go a long way in allowing us to help you.
99% of the time your issue is the result of a vacuum leak. My secret weapon to find vacuum leaks is a long butane trigger-activated grill lighter, set all the way down on low. With the car warm and idling, click the lighter to fire it up, then blow out the flame while still holding the trigger. With the end of the lighter, trace as many vacuum lines as you can, nearly touching them where possible.
Somewhere in there, a small amount of butane gas will get sucked in through a vacuum leak, causing your idle to rev a bit. There's your cracked vacuum line.
