'91 CQ Radiator Fan Connector/Wiring
I am repairing the wiring of the radiator fan on my CQ. The fan connector is
shot. I am going to replace the damaged wire and fuse the ground.
I dont have a spare connector. What does everyone think of cutting of the
connector, putting new insulated ends on the wires and connecting them to the
fan directly?

That's fine, but if you have any sort of electronics store or outlet nearby I'd find a decent high amp weather proof connector just for the sake of ease if you ever have to work on it again.
