Need Help - Phone/Bluetooth/Radio Problem
Audi A6 3.0T Premium Plus, bought it in December - have made numerous phone calls from the car, all went fine until yesterday.
Called my wife at about the same time she called me, I picked up her call -- and then found that when we were done the car would not hang up the other call. I tried hanging up with the control on the steering wheel, and also through the menu -- press 'end call' and nothing happens.
Parked the car at work, got in last night to drive home and as soon as the car recognized my phone's bluetooth the radio cut off -- and still could not hang up the call.
(My phone (Blackberry) does not show the call as still active)
Figured it might resolve itself this morning, but no -- same issue.
I tried un-pairing and then re-pairing my phone this morning, but it did not solve the problem either.
Anybody have any suggestions as to how I fix this?

did you delete the device from the car and cell phone and started as if they were new? try deleting them then reset the blackberry(take off the battery) and MMI(press menu+MMI wheel+button on upper right of the wheel at the same time) and then pair them add them

Pulled the battery out of the phone and reset it - got in the car to go grab a sandwich at lunch and the problem was fixed -- thanks!
