New to Audi and looking for parts
Does anybody know of a really good place to purchase original Audi parts? I practically need a complete front end including all the lights (Xenon) right up to (and including) the radiator and supports.
Thanks for your suggestions.
Because this car is new, you'd prolly have to go to audi dealerships, they can hook you up with their suppliers, they usually have websites dedicated to parts. At least that's how I did it with ford, they have an auto parts center.
You'd have to sit down with them and go by part by part, check the vin and see it's configuration if you want a dead on repair job.

Get the prices from the dealer so you don't get raped from the parts yards. It may be worth it to buy dealer stuff for a few bucks more.
They are a dealer with a cheap online parts dept. good luck with the rebuild!
I'm also working with Benzel Busch which is an Audi/Mercedes dealership in New Jersey. So far, they're giving me the 20% "rebuilder" discount on parts.
Here a some of the "before" pics! It'll be a couple of months before I can post the "after" pics. ;-)

So there you go for an approximate quote from us. PM me with a list and vin # and I'll price up a more complete quote for you as well. Shipping by truck would be in the 200-300 dollar range for a pallet of parts. We work with a few shippers to get the best quote that we can.
There aren't too many suppliers out there except the conventional Audi dealers. And it seems that, as a rebuilder, I can get about 20% off list so far. But once I get the fulll parts list, I hope I can negociate a little. Afterall, we're talking about $10,000 of parts!
I have received a partial list of parts using two exploded diagrams that were sent to me, one for the bumper/grille area and the other for the dash. What I need now is the radiator area with the fans, supports, etc.
Tomorrow, I'll pull out the list at the office and send it off to you.
Thanks for your help.
