It'shard to tell, but assuming you have more than minimum gasand your windshield washer fluid isnotlow, it kind of looks like a burnt out lightbulb.

i checked all of them but the thing is it show's from time to time and when i restart the car it's gone the last time it went on when i put the foot on the brake pedal but i thing it's just an coincidence

If you want to get the LCD display fixed, I just had mine done by a guy in Illinois for $155 including shipping. It was even more unreadable than yours, and it's perfect now. Took it out, boxed it up and sent it to him on Monday, he got it on Friday, fixed and shipped it back the same day and I had it back in the car on Tuesday. Plus, he gives it a 12 month warranty.
