Wheel fitment help...
So...this question is specifically for those of you with lowered rides and/or considered wheel & suspension gurus. Assuming I'm lowered with H&R springs and running a 255/35/20 tire, what is the ABSOLUTE lowest offset I can go without rubbing, front AND rear, with the following wheels:
20x8.5
20x9
Thanks!!!
The Hartmann's are 20x9, ET40
Will be using spacers for sure as I don't think either wheel will sit flush with the above specs. Just trying to figure out the lowest offset I can get away with for each wheel. I prefer as much "poke" as possible.
Thanks,

Another member (thanks day1yun) looked at Anthony's setup over at AZ and compared the 20" OEM to his setup. According to this info I could go as big as a 30mm spacer (which I'm definitely not going to do) which would put me at an effective offset of ET15 with the OEM wheel of 20x8.5, ET45. His stance is perfect, but unattainable with the OEM wheel it appears. So I guess we can say ET15 is the absolute lowest with the 8.5" wheel (if you were so inclided to ruin your suspection, tires ,etc.)
That would mean the 9", ET40 would allow me to go to a minimum of ET19 which means a 20" spacer would get me there, correct? From what I've read on several forums a 20" is pushing it but workable and relatively safe if you go with the bolt on type spacer setup.
Still thinking that just doesn't sound right though for some reason...
Ps - thanks tenspeed...that rimsntires tool is great.
