What tie rod joint are they talking about?

When I replaced the TRE I just screwed it in tight. Guess it could be wrong.
No reference to 'bump steer' in the software or in the search results.
But I see what it is now...and as long as the car doesn't pull to one side or the other during hard braking or acceleration, I'm good. Not particularly worried about bump steer in this case.
Bump steer: Toe change as the suspension moves up & down. This self steering effect can create instability upon suspension movement (ie the steering veers suddenly in one direction when one or both of the front wheels strikes a bump) . Audi uses bump steer effects to provide understeer under suspension compression.
I have read that this adjustment does not change toe just the effect of toe while the suspension travels and then they add that dreaded "understeer" comment too, dratts!
