18" S5 replicas fitment?

can someone tell me if they will fit on a 2001 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro? I have the turbo style stock wheels, and I have a vibration issue and would like to change the wheels and tires together...
Also what tires would be the right size to get?
This info is hard to figure out, ughh, if you can explain how to get the right sizes please teach me how, and also would I need a spacer with these wheels?
Offset should be kept as close as possible to stock.
Radius = 0.5 x wheel diameter plus side wall.
Sidewall = tire width x section %.
Circumference = 2*pi*r.
Keep circ within, say 2.5%.
Keep load at or above stock.
turn crank.

C5s vary from 35mm to 45mm - note the car does not change, Audi simply changed the offset for other reasons.
Offset is not calculated. It does not change by wheel size. It is a static number and represents the difference from the center line of the wheel to the mating surface, here the wheel meets the hub. Subtract the two and you have offset.
you will hear (idiots) talk abotu how to calculate the right offset based on wheel size, brake clearance and a bunch of other stuff. This is wrong. They are telling you how to compromise the engineering of your suspension to make some big fancy wheels fit over the brakes. It may sorta work, but its wrong and compromises handling, ride, steering and possibly even integrity. (if its off by enough)
If you put wheels on 4 foot spacers (4 foot offset) and they will clear all brakes. Probably break right off on the first bump too, and you'll never have the strength to turn the wheel. But hey, it'll look bitchin :-)
A practical answer is, if you need to clear brakes, get a 35mm offset and only shop wheel known to fit your car. It will give you and extra 1/2" of room, but not be enough to cause technical problems. Audi put 35mm on the S6.
I still dont really get the question.

Keeping to stock rims is a reasonably simple answer as well. Stock being what your car came with or had as options. It is not necessarily workable to put a stock S8 20" rim on a B4 car....
