Default Worn Springs?

What is the best way to decide if your springs need replacing? I have some excess rear tire wear (like many) and have been told that it could be the springs because there is no rear camber adjustment on the Quattro. It's an 01 TT Quattro that hasn't been lowered. Any suggestions?

Default How many miles on it?

Springs eventually sag. Theoretically they will last as long as the car, but that is provided the rest of the suspension is in good shape. The shocks, in particular, are important.

If you crossed 80K miles and have the original suspension, then an overhaul is in order. My favorite setup is:
-Koni FSD + Eibach Pro kit
-16mm rear sway bar
-DEFCON 2
-Blue Haldex controller
-Fresh bushings, links, joints, etc..
-4 fully adjustable rear control arms to dial it in perfectly. CPT are the best.
