Help with resetting G200 Lat Sensor Atlanta GA
I was wondering if anyone has Vag-Com and would be willing to help me reset my G200 sensor in Atlanta, GA. I live in Roswell and will through you a few bucks if so. Feel free to give me a call on my cell at (678)381-4672

I am not throwing any codes. It may just be a dirty connection and I am going to try and clean the sensor tonight. If it is not that I am assuming that the levels got thrown off of zero and that is what is causing it.

So i pulled out my sensor this morning and cleaning it and the connector with MAF cleaner. So far no traction control light on the dash and all seems to be working. it was a little dirty and dusty so I am hoping that was the problem. I will give an update in a few days.

Kyle--- When the Lat or long sensor begin to go the will give you an ESP light that will clear when you turn the ignition off then on. The only way to get the code is to scan the car while the engine is running and the light is on. Several years ago I went thru this and ended up changing both at the dealer. It was expensive. I know more now and would do it myself if it reoccurred. There is a procedure for calibrating the sensors with VAG but I think most have had good results by simply swapping in a new one. Remember the only way to determine which one is to VAG it while the light is lit. Good luck.
