Rain Rail Failing

Rain Rail Failing
Hey,
Does anyone know how to remove and fix the rain rail system? It seems like the glue on mine has become brittle and no longer holds the rail in place allowing water to get into the rear of the car behind the seats. I know that this will cause failure with the Comfort Control Module. I have checked my rain rail and it is in good condition just needs to be re-glued. Are there any write-ups on this issue?
