Radiator Issue

I have a 1988 Audi 90 (Non Quattro 2.3 5CYL)I have a substantial Coolant Leak Coming from the front center of the motor. The radiators do not appear to be leaking I have removed the primary radiator from the car as well as the fan and AC Condenser, Also the trim on the top that goes across the secondary radiator. I now have clear access to the secondary radiator. I had assumed that the secondary radiator would have pop grommets holding it in on the bottom however I cannot get this radiator to come out...All Data does not even show this radiator in the cooling system diagrams, and I cannot find removal instructions anywhere on the net. If someone might have info on how to remove this would be great. also any leads on what might be causing the leak would be helpful as I still cannot determine where the leak is coming from..

I think what you're describing as a secondary radiator is actually a transmission fluid cooler... and an aftermarket one, at that.

Easiest way to tell is, how big are the hoses that come out of it? If they're the big 1-1/4" black ones, then I'm obviously off my rocker. But what I'm envisioning is 3/4" ATF hoses.

Snap a couple of pictures and post 'em, would ya? I admit, I'm stumped, here.
