Unnecessary, but cool conversion.
During the summer I noticed that my licence plate bulbs didn't light up, neither my reverse lights. I had "shorts" in the wires due to the scissor bend design. I reconnected all of wires, soldered them together and then ran them directly through the trunk instead of the side of the trunk lid. Then I got another harness from the junk yard and ran another power line from the rear fog light to the right side. The result, two working rear fog lights.
