1995 audi 90 heater core R&R
the hardest part is getting the clips off that hold the 2 sections of the heater core box to fan box. You have to then just RIP it out

the other problem could be the 2 bolts that go thru the firewall into the engine bay...sometimes they are rusted and just spin the bolt on the inside.
I have had to cut 1 of these bolts off on ALL 3 heater core jobs I have done..with a dremel and cut disk prob best to go spray some kind of anti rust solution on them now and for the next few days before you try to get them off. My fave is 50/50 ATF/Acetone.

This writeup is for a 93 with no pass airbag....but you will figure it out.
take lots of pics as you go in case you forget where something goes...in particular the wire looms
damm - i can swap a eng in a BMW e30 faster than that.
i guess i'll just turn up the heated seats ! & get a cig 12v plug in heater !
