Default Front wheel noise when turning at speed

Getting a groaning noise when cornering right at highway speeds. Sounds ALMOST like the groan the power steering makes when the fluid is low, but I have no leaks, plenty of fluid and only happens with right steering input. There's also a bit of a pulsating vibration which is most noticeable at highway speeds that will make my hands tingle when I let go of the steering wheel after driving a while. Also, there will sometimes be an occasional grind noise that happens at low speed, but only lasts for a few seconds. Thought, at first, it could be the wheel bearing, but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing, especially if it gets worse when turning a specific direction. When you turn one direction, weight transfers to the other side of the car's suspension. So, if a wheel bearing is going bad it will sound worse when you put more weight on it. Likewise, it will sound better when the weight shifts the other way, off of the bad bearing. My 90q has a bad LR wheel bearing right now, so when I turn right it hums pretty bad but when I turn left it gets quieter.

You can try and test it by jacking the car up and spinning the wheel. If you feel more resistance than normal, or hear any noise while turning it, it's probably the wheel bearing. The other thing it could be is an axle. If all the grease leaks out of an axle's cv joint, it can start to make noise. If you look under your car and the rubber boot at the end of the axle is split and the grease is leaking out, you'll need an axle.

Either of these are typically things that need to get replaced eventually. The axles are easy to change with basic tools (just don't over-torque the axle nut), but you will need a press for the wheel bearing.
