Front wheel noise when turning at speed
You can try and test it by jacking the car up and spinning the wheel. If you feel more resistance than normal, or hear any noise while turning it, it's probably the wheel bearing. The other thing it could be is an axle. If all the grease leaks out of an axle's cv joint, it can start to make noise. If you look under your car and the rubber boot at the end of the axle is split and the grease is leaking out, you'll need an axle.
Either of these are typically things that need to get replaced eventually. The axles are easy to change with basic tools (just don't over-torque the axle nut), but you will need a press for the wheel bearing.
