replacing speakers

Hello everyone,
I am attempting to replace my stock speakers with after-markets and can't figure out how to take the dash board off or the rear door panels. Any suggestions?

if, its a B4, then you do not have take off your dash. the grills can be popped out. the back door ones, you will have to take off the door panels

installing aftermarket speakers in 94 audi 90

i have a '94 90 s. The grills for the speakers are so small that I'm not sure if I will be able to securely attach the new speakers. Also, how do I take the door panels off? I thought it had fasteners where all I needed was a panel-puller, but that is not the case. They are actually hooks! So I removed the two screws from the top of the panel and tried pulling the panel off. Now I'm wondering if I need to take the door handle off, but I don't want to try and find out it broke in the process without me doing it right. Anyone know the correct procedure here?

Ok rear door panels take 3 minutes to come off. There are 2 screws on the side on the left and right side(red). The is a screw at the bottom of door handle (Blue). 2 screws behind it (purple) and the is one screw behind the chrome door opener.(Yellow- hold back the handel to take out. once all off PULL UP not foward. then disconnect speaker harness and unhook door lock cable.

Nope after market speakers are going to require you to drill new holes in the door panel and customize the harness. After market speakers generally come with covers, Im currently have bostons and they look close to stock but sound way better
