The wiper transmission transfers the movement of the wiper motor to the wiper arms, through use of the linkage, to clear your windshield on a rainy day. If the transmission is damaged, the motor will continue to spin without moving the transmission and the wiper arms will not move. This transmission does not include the linkage arms or motor.
