Exhaust bolts?

Exhaust bolts?
On my 96 A6, I suddenly started having major exhaust noise. I looked underneath and just downstream from the cat there is a flange that looks like it used to seal around a donut ring gasket. Three bolts secure the flange but they are not going to survive being loosened - they are less than half their diameter at the midpoint of the bolts. Does anyone know the length, diameter and thread of these bolts? They are so far gone that I'm going to need a hacksaw to remove them.
