Have this result from a VAG-COM scan of my dad's car -

Part No: 4A0 907 473 B
Component: 2,6l V6 MPFI D02
Coding: 00008
Shop #: WSC 03156
VCID: 25480CF4BF12D4093D6-4B18

31-10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent
Questions:
1. Do these issues require immediate service or can the vehicle still happily continue with these issues.
2. Any pointers for replacing the probes?
3. I don't know what a EVAP valve is. Anyone know where it is located?
4. Any pointers where I can buy these parts online?
Many thanks,
Mart
The car can be run as it is, but use more fuel and could be dangerous due to the build up of highly flammable compressed gasoline fumes.
