I have a lot of problems with my A7..
Back in the 2011 I bought brand new Audi A7 2.8FSI engine.
I ordered it with the specifications I wanted so the car was really brand new, from the factory. I got it in November 2011..
I really like the car and how it goes. Sadly the 3.0 Tfsi at that time in my country was not available..
Well after a few months I realized there was OIL leak somewhere on the top of the engine. Because of that mistake in one year I was three times in the service! The last time they changed head of the engine ( Not sure if I wrote correctly ).. Then one year later gearbox died 1000km away from home. It was in safe mode so I had to visit dealer in Germany.. They replaced whole electricity from the gearshift ( Yes it is automatic, S tronic/ DSG ) to the gearbox.. It was OK until half year later when gearbox broke down again. They changed again whole electricity blaming in Berlin they didn't do a good job.. When I picked up the car I drove like 15km and gearbox died again.. So next day I had to return the car back to service.. The car was there for around 10 days and they saw the oil leak in the gearbox where the electricity is.. This was in February this year.. They fixed everything and the car was driving like a dream.. Until yesterday in the morning when I turned on the car and gearbox died AGAIN.. And the same mistake as last 2 times.. They just confirmed me that there is oil leak and there is a problems with connectors as they are burned down..

So at the bottom line, the car was on the service:
3 times because of the engine problems
4 times because of the gearbox problems.

I done all service that factory want.. So every 15.000km I had to go to service which is no problem at all.
What is sad is that this is the first time I got the replacement car for the time Audi is on service.. And I got Skoda Octavia Caravan.. Ok it drives but srsly? The stuff there is nice and my receptor is really cool.. But this ****box A7 is total nightmare..

Is there anything I can do!?!? Like contact who at Audi Germany like how we will sort the problems? I don't want to be every 4 months on service as I was in the past 3 years...
I bought that car so I can drive around without any problems as my job required a lot of long roadtrips..
In the family we had a lot of cars and normaly we have each car at lest 8 -10 years,,
This Audi A7 broke down the same times as past cars broke down together..
And we had a lot of Audis..

 

The first oil leak I saw was when the car had around 10.000kms made

First time that gearbox died was around 70.000kms
Yesterday the car had 104.000km when gearbox died again..

Normaly there is 5 more errors like max. rpm 6400 ,....

Sounds like it should be a lemon law car

So yesterday I picked up the car and they changed cables from engine computer to the gearbox..
Repair costs 400Eur but luckily warranty covered that..

Will see how long this will work.....
