Installing 2016 A7 tailights onto 2013 A7

So following up on a previous thread wondering if the 2016 tailights would fit a friends 2013 A7. So I got a reply saying "You need an adapter module, and you have to run some new wires inside the tailgate as well as change some plugs over." So I went on BKS Tuning to look for an adapter, now to double check I'm pretty sure it is this (http://bit.ly/1VHVpiL) that I need to get with it right? Also I'm not the technical guy when it comes to wires in cars so should I play it safe and bring it to a mechanic? Or is there a video somewhere that guides you on installing this module?

That is the correct adaptor module.

Doesn't need a mechanic, but if you know someone who is familiar with wiring and wiring schematics it would be useful.
