New A7, can I use a Verizon sim card?
Can I get a Verizon sim card for Audi Connect or take the one out of my iPad that I no longer use?
I have a family Verizon plan and want to add to that rather than start a second plan with ATT or TMobile (which are the options Audi offers)

2016? Maybe, but if so, only in areas with LTE coverage (I don't know what bands the 2016 radio supports so it may not work at all). Prior years? No.

Unfortunately, no. Verizon uses different frequencies than AT&T or T-Mobile and Audi's MMI modem does not support them.
You don't provide which model or year you have so difficult to advise whether even AT&T would work in 3G or higher. I would suggest you search the forums as there are many threads that discuss Audi Connect carrier compatibility for different models and years. In any case, Verizon is not an option.

Very doubtful that it will work. AT&T and T-Mobile are both GMS technology carriers, just like the rest of the world. Verizon, at least for now, is still stuck in the CDMA world. They are slowly making the change to LTE, but I doubt that the AT&T hardware in you car will be compatible. Every mobile provider has a different frequency spectrum that they are assigned by the FCC. Verizon's spectrum has been so different from the GSM spectrum that I think you may be out of luck.

Audi USA's contract for service is with T-Mobile on pre facelift C7s and AT&T for MY2016. There would be no reason for them to include Verizon frequencies and it might even be for contractual reasons that they may not do so.
