Tire Question

Hey all,

So the Yokohama Advan Sports (265/35/20) that came on my A7 when I bought the car are nearing the end of the life. Looking for suggestions on which tires to look at / avoid. I drive this car almost everyday and live in South Florida. Listed in order of concerns, A summer tire with decent wet performance, quite ride, and good tread life are what I'm looking for.

I did some research on tire rack and here on the forum and found;

Advan Sports are known to be noisy
P Zero's have a short tread life
Michelin Pilot Super Sports get all round good reviews
Dunlop SP Sport MAXX GT also perform well all round

Any suggestions and feedback will be appreciated.

The Michelins are quieter
The Dunlop has real good thread life

You can't go wrong with either of those two.

Thanks, Leaning towards the Dunlop's as Tire rack has them in currently in stock

I have the A7 with the 20" Sport package. I just bought a set of Conti DWS06's and found that I could save a couple hundred bucks by bumping the size up. The 265/35-20's were selling for around $1230 shipped from Tire Rack, Discount Tire, and Tire Buyer. The 275/35-20's were selling for $1030 shipped from Tire Rack and I found that Tire Buyer had them listed on eBay for $940 shipped (Presidents Day sale).

Bought them Sunday and they are sitting on my front porch today.

At 60 MPH shown, I'll be moving at 60.6 MPH - close enough for me.

I have the Michelin Pilot Sport AS3 in size 275/35R20 on my 2016 Audi A7 during the non-winter months and they ride so smooth with great handling and low noise. They balanced perfectly without vibration at any speed. I like them alot.
