That value sounds roughly right. Check out Edmunds.com and enter your options. They break down the Trade In, Private Sale, and Dealer prices along with the value of the options.

Manheim usually reflects auction sales which is what most dealers use for trade values. It will always reflect actual wholesale sales at auction and usually lower than Edmunds, KBB and other online value tools.

Before purchasing my 12 A7, I've been eyeing them on Manheim and they typically went for pretty high. For example, there was a '12 A7 that went for $33,400. I ended up purchasing my 12 A7, same miles and options for a tad more CPO. Not sure how the market is now though.
