Default Rear lower control arm broke twice in the last month

So guys here is the story. Last month the passenger power control arm broke and the wheel was not aligned with the other 3 wheels. I replaced it and today broke again. How that's possible???

I don't feel safe anymore driving the car cause i was lucky that happened in the city and not highway.

Please i really need your help

Thank you

Your rose joint is very likely seized and not rotating. This will put abnormal stress on the fork end of the control arm. Here is a write u from the UK guys. The Audi TT Forum :: View topic - DIY replacement of the rear traverse link rose joint/ bushes

Here's ours in the shop. I sourced two used control arms, low K's so should do the trick. Probably replace both sides.

Found out that control arm that failed, was done 1.5 years ago in our case. It's got evidence of cracks and rips before total failure.

I got the bushings and bolts from Audi, two good used arms and we'll likely get a replacement no-charge from the shop that did it first.
So should be all done tomorrow.
