2002 vr6 engine fitment in a 2002 audi tt
Hi everybody, I have a 2002 audi tt base model thats engine is on its last leg, I have been inquiring on just getting a new engine for it and have come to the conclusion that I would like to put a 2002 vr6 engine in it but I am worried about the fitment. Could anyone help?

Sure. A custom shop could help you. Bring lots of money. You are better off replacing the car with one that was built with theengine that you want.

Now, if you are looking for help to do the work, that's different. I charge triple of my daily wage to work on other people's vehicles as my time is precious. Basically I'd charge more than even the highest US dealer hourly rate if I'd accept the job.
If you plan to do the job yourself, what kind of help are you asking for? There is no step by step service manual written that covers this. I'd suggest that you take classes that focus on Automotive Service. Engine, Electrical and Chassis. Then using the service manuals try to do the swap. Keep in ming that the vehicle's wiring harness and certain control modules will likely need to be reprogrammed or changed. The different car arguement will be the better choice.
