You're probably going to ask: "where is this alleged module"? You need to buy the proper service manual for the car to get this information as well as a vehicle wiring diagram. Bentley Publishers has the manual or buy an All Data subscription. Otherwise, pay someone to repair the problem for you.
If all of this turns up nothing, you probably have a defective module. Replace it, but there is a risk something else is wrong. These modules hardly ever go bad. You may need the module, if replaced, to be coded to your vehicle. That's a dealer only procedure.
It could be something else, like your door lock mechanisms are defective as they can affect the window position. Ross-Tech diagnostic scan is the best way to determine. The $20-$100 scan tools are worthless for Audi-specific faults. The convertible top diagnostics are not SAE fault codes.
