Little to no heat from vents. Heater control valve?
The temperature control flap motor (pink lever) works as it should.
Where re is the heater control valve located? Is it under the windshield cowl behind the firewall?
Any other ideas???
Best to have your own in order to work on these vehicles. I buy them as soon as I buy a car. My son got his TT about four years ago; As soon as he bought it, he ordered the manual (on CD-Rom) From Bentley Publishers for installation on our garage computer. It paid for itself within the first month. Now it has paid for itself a hundred-fold as he replaced his clutch and then later rebuilt a replacement engine. R & R'd the engine which not a simple task on this vehicle. Then a steering rack replacement, Headlight issues, cooling system work, brake system repairs and the beat goes on....
Unless the thermostat is faulty but the car comes up to operating temperature like normal.
