Broken Orange Washers - Gear Stick Assy
Hello All.
The attached photos shows the Broken Washers at Bottom of Gear Stick Assy and the black plastic cap for the AWD 2002 TT.
Q1 - What shoudl i replace these broken bits, given that Audi will only charge me heaps for a complete link assembly?
Q2 - How would the black plastic ring slide into the ball at the bottom of the gear stick assy - given that I am unable to access it from the top?

I took the plastic washer, and put it back together and fitted a flat washer to the outside and cemented it all back together, temporary fix but it worked.
Also, hole saw to the passenger side of the housing allows access to the portion you can not get to!
