B&O Audio rattles with BASS

Picked up my 2017 S3 yesterday with the B&O upgraded audio. I have the BASS turned almost all the way up, and while listening to the audio, the darn left rear speaker near the rear window has an annoying rattle.

It seems like the plastic cover over speaker is the part rattling. I put my hand on to of it and push down it and it stops. The right side doesn't do it. I'm frustrated being a brand new car, my MINI never had any issues.

Has anyone experienced this at all? I'm going to schedule service when my sales guy calls me tomorrow to see if I have any questions.

Seem to have a similar issue with drivers side rear speaker in 2018 RS3, please let me know if they resolve it.

I can't imagine that even sounding good with the bass all the way up, but anyway, have you tried to lower the bass and increase the subwoofer gain?

How do I do that? I only see BASS - TREBLE in the audio settings.

If you have B&O and no subwoofer control call AoA and complain. Take it to the dealer first and show them in the manual where it says you should have that functionality. Seems to be an issue with all the facelift A/S3 and the more people complain, the faster VW will push out a fix as they're "currently working on one but don't have a time frame"

It seems that early build 17s don't have the feature. There is an update to the MMI that puts it back. My 17 doesn't have it either and will be asking for it at my 10k service.
