is there an exact consensus on wheel size/fitment for the oem staggered tires? i've got to start planning for winter tires. figure i'll put the oem blades on the winters and get new wheels for the oem summers.

No, but I have one sitting in my living room. I could throw it on a scale tonight if you'd like. I'll tell you this, though, that's not a performance move; those things are heavy as ****. If you're primarily interested in weight, the OZs were really light, IIRC; they're in the Porsche OEM lineup.

Thanks for suggesting the Vosteiner V-FF 103! They seem very similar to the CI-Rs. The thing i dont like about the CI-R is the polished lip, even on black. So the Vosteiner might be what I go with.
