2018 Stock Wheels + Spacer Testing (photo heavy)
I didn't do any real scientific measurements, but it feels like on the stock wheels there's a just under an inch of clearance to the front strut. It's not a lot, but workable.
I did confirm that the stock wheels that come with the Dynamic package are 8.5x19ET46 F, 8x19ET42 R, 5x112, 57.1 center bore. The front calipers appear to clear the spokes by no more than .5". Concave wheels will be a tough fit over these brakes for sure. "Bathroom scale" weight of the wheels plus tires is right at 50lbs.
I had some 8mm spacers here that I pulled off of my S3 before trading it yesterday, so I put those on with the stock wheels to see how it looked. The stock P Zeros have a HUGE rim protector on them, as you'll see in one of the pics I took of the tire from above. The tire itself is pretty flush at 8mm, but the rim protector definitely pokes. I'll leave it to you to determine if this compromises the look you're going for. It doesn't really look like poke in the traditional sense, since there's no tread there, but it definitely sticks out.
Anyway, if anyone has any questions, or wants pics of anything I didn't post, let me know.

Maybe this is slightly off topic but do you have any insights on fitting 18'' wheels over the those front calipers? All pictures I've seen look like it would be tight.
I'll see if I can dig up the one wheel reported to work so far.

One additional note on the fitment - the centre mounting pad must be thicker than the Audi wheels, as the lug bolts only engaged 3 or 4 threads. I'll get new longer lug bolts if I decide to run these wheels/tires, as I'd want the lugs to be at least 6 or 7 threads deep!
